Firefighters were called to a blaze at an industrial estate on Tuesday evening (June 2).
Several crews from the London Road Fire Station attended the incident in Crossgate Drive, Queens Drive.
Two breathing apparatus and six Co2 extinguishers were used to put out the fire.
The fire was located on the first floor of a building after crews were called to the incident at 8.27pm.
There were no injuries and people had evacuated from the building before the firefighters arrived.
The cause of the fire was an electrical fault.
A spokeswoman for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service added: "It (the fire) was detained in 15 minutes."
