Nottinghamshire Police were called to Bulwell on Friday afternoon after the body of a man was found.
Emergency services were called to Bulwell Forest Golf Course shortly after 1pm on Friday (November 8).
Part of the footpath was closed along the golf course and East Midlands Ambulance Service was also at the scene.
Nottinghamshire Police said: "Police were called to a green space off Cantrell Road, Bulwell, this afternoon (Friday 8 November 2019) after reports of a death.
"A man’s body was found shortly after 1pm.
"Officers are working to establish the circumstances surrounding the death. At this time the death is not being treated as suspicious."
