Emergency services are currently battling a large-scale house fire in Milngavie.
Multiple fire engines, fire response units and three ambulance response units were spotted racing to the scene of the ongoing incident earlier this afternoon.
And The Scottish Fire & Rescue service have confirmed they remain at the scene of the incident at a house in St Edmunds Lane having been alerted around 1.20pm.
Five appliances are in attendance as well as an aerial appliance.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were alerted at 1.23pm on Thursday, July 9 to reports of a fire within a house at St Edmunds Lane, Milngavie.
"Operations control mobilised five appliances and an aerial appliance to the incident where firefighters currently remain on scene.”
Police Scotland have also confirmed they are in attendance.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Around 2.25pm, the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service advised police of a fire they were in attendance at in St Edmund's Lane, Milngavie.
"Emergency services are on the scene dealing with the fire and enquiries are ongoing."
