Emergency services attend scene of 'incident' in Co Down

One person has been taken to hospital following an "incident" in Co Down .

Police , Ambulance and Fire Crews were called to the Killough Road on Tuesday afternoon.

A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said: "We received a 999 call at 14.00 on Tuesday 10 March 2020 following reports of an incident at Killough Road, Downpatrick.

"NIAS dispatched one Emergency crew and one Rapid Response Paramedic to the scene. The Charity Air Ambulance was also tasked to the incident.

"Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, one patient was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital by Ambulance."
