Emergency services at scene of upturned car in Tradeston

Emergency services have raced to the scene of an upturned car in Tradeston this evening.

Pictures sent to Glasgow Live show the vehicle on its roof in the middle of Wallace Street, near the city centre.

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson confirmed they were called to the street shortly before 8pm.

They said: "We did attend an RTC in Wallace Street in Glasgow, near the Audi garage. We're just coming away from it now.

"We got a call at 19.56pm."

It is not clear at this stage whether there are any injuries.

Glasgow City Council's Traffic Control and Management team (TRAFFCOM) have confirmed Wallace Street has been closed.

Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
