Emergency crews are at the scene of a serious crash in Hamilton.
Police and paramedics raced to Burnbank Road at around 7:45pm.
It has been locally reported on social media that a person was struck in the incident, but this has not been officially confirmed.
The road is current closed to traffic.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland confirmed they were in attendance but declined to provide further information at this time.
