An emergency operation was launched this morning after a driver fell down an embankment on the M50 minutes after their vehicle broke down.
Hardworking firefighters and paramedics rushed to the scene after the alarm was raised early on Friday.
The person had fell in and become trapped after crossing the barrier while their broken car was pulled in.
Thankfully, Dublin Fire Brigade workers were able to pull the driver out and get them to safety.
