Emergency crews were called to deal with a fire in a room above a takeaway in Stapleford.
Pictures show the aftermath of the incident, which was reported at around 4am on Thursday, September 26.
Four fire crews attended the scene of the incident, in Derby Road, which happened in a room above Akbar restaurant and takeaway.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus as they bought the fire under control and an aerial ladder platform was also used by crews as they tackled the flames.
