Emergency crews are at the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Motherwell.
The A723 link road between Carfin and Holytown is currently closed to traffic after police received a report at around 5:45am this morning.
It is not yet known whether anyone was injured.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called around 5.45am on Tuesday, 12 April, to a report of a two vehicle crash on the A723 Carfin to Holytown link road, Motherwell.
"Emergency services are in attendance and the road is currently closed."
