Emeli Sandé is set to perform in Newcastle later this year.
The award-winning singer, who was born in Sunderland , will release her third album, 'Real Life', in September, before touring around the UK.
Sandé shot to fame fame in 2012 with her dazzling performance of 'Read All About It' at the London Olympic Games opening ceremony and the release of debut album, 'Our Version of Events', which was the top-selling record that year and the second biggest in 2013.
The 32-year-old's tour calls at Newcastle City Hall on Thursday, December 12.
