Completely naked, Elsa proudly showed off her growing bump with only a white furry coat and her hands to protect her modesty.
The model is expecting her first child with her love Tom Daly.
They have been romancing for five years after their relationship took off in 2015.
But the couple were friends for years before they become a romantic item.
Elsa revealed she had been keeping her belly a secret for some time.
Clearly delighted to be expecting, the stunning blonde organised a photo shoot to accompany her announcement.
"Beyond excited and lucky", the model gushed over their pregnancy plans in a sweet Instagram message.
She wrote: "Been keeping this angel in my belly a secret for a while...
"Feeling beyond excited and lucky to be having a baby and begin the next chapter of life with the man of my dreams!!!! Half way there."
Recently, the supermodel put her two-bedroom apartment in Soho, New York on the market for $3.5 million.
No doubt the couple have plans to move into a bigger home with their baby on the way.
Elsa and Tom have recently returned to New York.
The couple had been seeing out the coronavirus pandemic in Los Angeles.
