From branded flamethrowers to cyborg dragons, Elon Musk is known for his weird and wacky ideas.
Now, the Tesla CEO has taken the weirdness up a notch, after launching his debut rap single.
And before you ask - no, this isn’t an April Fools’ Day prank story!
The bizarre rap, called ‘RIP Harambe ’ is dedicated to the 17-year-old gorilla who was shot at Cincinnati Zoo back in 2016.

The rap lyrics say: “RIP Harambe, sipping on some Bombay, we on our way to heaven, Amen, Amen.
“RIP Harambe, smoking on some strong (hey), in the gorilla zoo, and we thinking about you.”
Musk released the single on SoundCloud , under the label ‘Emo G Records.’

Several people have taken to Twitter to express their surprise at Musk's new rap career.

One user said: "April fools is impossible now. i just woke up to 'elon musk drops rap single about harambe' and 'mussolini’s granddaughter is beefing with jim carrey on twitter' and neither of them were jokes."
Another added: "Leave Elon Musk alone for his Harambe rap coming 3 years late. He’s had his hands full sending cars into space and creating a submarine that nobody wanted."
