Ellen DeGeneres has said she will discuss the allegations of workplace misconduct surrounding The Ellen Show when it returns to screens.
In a press release about the new series of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the presenter announced: "I can't wait to get back to work and back to our studio. And, yes, we're gonna talk about it."
The "it" is thought to allude to allegations of sexual misconduct, racism and workplace bullying behind the scenes of DeGeneres’ show.
In response to the claims, which DeGeneres herself was not personally implicated in, there was an internal investigation resulting in three of the show’s top producers being let go.
DeGeneres had previously said: “On day one of our show, I told everyone in our first meeting that The Ellen DeGeneres Show would be a place of happiness – no one would ever raise their voice, and everyone would be treated with respect.
“Obviously, something changed, and I am disappointed to learn that this has not been the case. And for that, I am sorry.”
The Ellen DeGeneres Show will return on 21 September, with Tiffany Haddish, Alec Baldwin, Chris Rock, Amy Schumer, Adam Sandler and Orlando Bloom all set to be guests on the new series.
