Nestled in the French Riviera is Le Provençal, a former hotel to the stars, turned luxury apartment complex. The list of patrons is quite astounding, with everyone from literary giants to royals to jazz legends frequenting the coastal property.
Among the star-studded lineup is Ella Fitzgerald, whose former suite is now on the market for $9.7 million. As a regular guest at the Cap d'Antibes hotel in the '60s, the three-bedroom apartment is inspired by the luxe and decadent years of her stays; albeit, with a modern twist.
Let's take a closer look inside.

At 2,172 square feet, the expansive unit includes 562 additional square feet of private terraces overlooking the Mediterranean. Meanwhile, the interiors are inspired by the surrounding beaches, with beautiful blues and sandy neutrals covering the space.
'The new Ella Fitzgerald-inspired show apartment forms the latest in a collection of furnished residences we have unveiled at Le Provençal,' Lars Christiaanse, group director of sales at Caudwell, states in a press release. 'If you are considering owning one of the breathtaking residences we have turn turn-key apartments available, or for fresh apartment dressing, our dedicated team is here to assist you and can take care of every detail, from selecting exquisite pieces to ensuring your home is perfectly styled and move-in ready, so you can embrace the luxury of the Riviera lifestyle from day one.'
The reception area is warm yet minimal, with a cream sofa, tassled throw pillows, and abstract wall art creating a contemporary yet timeless lounging area.

The kitchen is modern luxury at its finest, with white, marble countertops, sleek, wood cabinetry, and state-of-the-art Miele appliances, including an oven, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

The breakfast room is a continuation of this modern look, this time with a gray marble island, adding darker tones to the space.

The dining area uses shapes as points of visual interest, with a circular window allowing sunlight to stream into the wood-tabled area. The curved dining chairs are elegant yet modern, with subtle plaid print.

One of the three bedrooms makes the case for green linens and stripes in equal measure, with layered shades of the earthy color dominating the room. It's the perfect complement against the white walls and black doors.

Soft, pale greens are a great alternative to stark whites. Use with warm neutrals for a complementary pairing.
Striped prints are a great way to lighten a tone. This green feels far more livable thanks to the white that runs through it.
Using a sage or olive green throw on an otherwise neutral bedspread adds a sophisticated touch.

We see a dash of Art Deco decor in the marble bathroom, with stunning lights framing the gold, oval mirror. It's luxe and on trend this year.

If you haven't heard, ottomans have been everywhere this year, and another bedroom makes the case for them with a brick-colored iteration at the foot of the bed. It looks particularly sharp against a mustard yellow chair.
The Ella Fitzgerald show apartment is listed with Caudwell.
