The 57-year-old posted the short video clip to her 2.4 million Instagram followers. The actress and model can be seen holding her mobile while wearing glasses and moving her incredible figure about.
Liz is no stranger to a selfie - just yesterday she dazzled in a low-cut dress as she promoted her new festive Christmas movie on streaming site Netflix.
