Electronic music duo receive three Independent Music Award nominations

New York electronic duo Fcukers have received three nominations for the 2026 Independent Music Awards, including best independent album and independent breakthrough artist.
The nominations for Fcukers come just ahead of their performances supporting Harry Styles on his “Together, Together” tour in Sao Paulo , Brazil.
Other prominent nominees include American rock band Geese for best independent album and Robyn, whose album Sexistential is nominated in two categories.
The Independent Music Awards said they celebrate “the artists, labels and releases shaping the future of independent music”.
The winners of the 2026 Independent Music Awards will be revealed at The Roundhouse in London on 22 September.
