Vehicle electrification specialist Magtec has expanded into the final two units at Magna 34 Business Park, creating 30 more jobs.
The South Yorkshire business swapped for the 64,706 sq ft site, consolidating operations in Sheffield and Rotherham.
It will use the new facilities to scale up production to meet growing international demand for its technologies.

The site will now cover the full design, manufacture and integration of its world-leading drive systems for both electric and hybrid vehicles, taking employee numbers from 125 to 155.

Acquisition, lettings and asset management specialists Commercial Property Partners completed the site letting on a 10-year lease, acting for Mileway.
Located at Templeborough, near Rotherham, less than one mile from Junction 34 of the M1, it is already home to Parcelforce, UK Mail and Element Sheffield Ltd.
