Molton Brown will be opening in Eldon Square next week in a change of location for the luxury brand.
The company, which specialises in fragrances and bath and body products, has relocated from Blackett Street to become the newest addition at the city's shopping centre.
The 'concept store', offering a fresh customer experience of the iconic Britrish brand which was established in the seventies, will open its doors there on May 7.
Having moved from nearby Blackett Street, the new shop in Douglas Way - next door to Swarovksi and Lakeland - will be showcasing the wide Molton Brown range as well as gift sets.
Steve Clark, retail sales director at the company, said “We at Molton Brown have been passionately investing in our stores over the last few years, ensuring that they evolve to stay relevant.
"That’s why we’re always reviewing our locations to make sure they’re easily accessible and moving to new homes that suit our customers best.”
The opening marks a first letting at Eldon Square for specialist investment manager APAM since the shopping centre was taken over by new managers last October.
Bernice Nesham, senior asset manager at APAM, said of its new retailer: "Molton Brown is an iconic British brand which complements our current retail offering perfectly.”
Shopping rules for customers at Eldon Square include the usual facemasks, unless people are exempt, and the centre has social distancing in place; marked routes to follow and hand sanitisation stands. Contactless payments are also encouraged.
Visitor numbers are monitored so there may be queuing at at peak times.
