Police have issued an urgent appeal for information after a woman in her 70s went missing from hospital and boarded a train following a medical incident.
On Saturday morning (July 31), a woman was taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary after suffering a seizure in Manchester City Centre.
While waiting for treatment, the woman, who is believed to be in her 70’s, left the hospital.

Police enquiries have since established that the woman took a bus to Piccadilly where she is then suspected of boarding the 1.31pm train from Manchester Piccadilly to Carmarthen in Wales.
Officers say they are becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of this woman and are asking for the public's help to identify both her and her whereabouts.
Inspector Andrew Torkington, of GMP's City of Manchester division, said: "We are aware that this woman left hospital without treatment and want to locate her as quickly as possible to ensure that she is safe and well.
"We believe she could have been visiting friends or family in the Manchester area and have released a CCTV image in the hope that someone will be able to help us identify this woman and her whereabouts.
"We would like to make it clear that she is not in any trouble, we just want to identify her to ensure that she is safe."
