An elderly woman is in critical condition after being struck by a van in Westminster.
Police have appealed for witnesses following the collision at the junction of Harley and New Cavendish streets about 11.30am on Monday, January 17.
It was reported that a Mercedes Sprinter van had been turning at a set of traffic lights when it was involved in a collision with an 88-year-old woman.
The woman was rushed to hospital where she remains in critical condition.
The driver of the van stopped at the scene and is helping police with their enquiries.
