An elderly man was 'hit to the ground' after a car crashed into a wall on a busy Co Antrim road yesterday evening.
The incident occurred in Whiteabbey at around 5.20pm on Monday, April 25, at the junction between the Shore Road and Glenville Road.
Photos from the scene show a red car had crashed into the wall on Whiteabbey Bridge.

There were delays on the Shore Road in the direction of Carrickfergus after the parapet wall was damaged by impact.
It's understood an elderly man was "hit to the ground" while his walking frame was caught between the car and the wall.
He sustained injuries to his head, knee, and foot which are not believed to be life threatening at this time.
The PSNI's Sergeant Gage said: “Officers attended the scene together with colleagues from Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.
“A male pedestrian sustained injuries to his head, knee and foot which are not believed to be life threatening at this time.

“Substantial damage was caused to a wall during the incident.
“Our enquiries are ongoing, and we are appealing to anyone who may have any information which could assist to call police on 101 and quote reference number 1513 of 25/04/22.”
