Emergency services were called to Finnieston this afternoon after a pensioner was struck by a car in Derby Street, just off Argyle Street.
The incident happened around 1.50pm and eyewitnesses reported seeing the injured man lying in the road, as well as a vacant wheelchair nearby.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We received a report of a road traffic collision in Derby Street, involving a 71-year-old man and a car, around 1.50pm.
