An elderly man has been found dead at a northern Sydney brothel.
Emergency crews were called to the adult establishment in Hornsby about 5.30pm on Sunday, responding to concerns for the man's welfare.
A man, believed to be in his 70s, was found dead at the premises, NSW Police said.
Police have established a crime scene and an investigation is underway.
