Elderly man found dead in Oldham

An elderly man has been found dead in Oldham.

Police were called to Roman Road in Hollinwood at around 9.30am on Friday, December 4 following reports of concern for the welfare of a man.

Police attended and sadly discovered the body of a man, believed to be in his 80s.

GMP says there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

A file will be passed to the coroner.
