Being able to heal quickly will help you against every boss in Elden Ring. If you track down Sacred Tears, these allow you to upgrade your healing flask to be more efficient. You can find them in the churches dotted around the map.
We’ve noted down all Sacred Tear church locations to make collecting them all a doddle. All you have to do is head to them and take the Sacred Tear from the altar.
Once you have the Sacred Tear in your possession, you can use it to upgrade your flask at any grace site.
