If you’ve been wandering around Dragonbarrow and trying unsuccessfully to climb the Caelid tower, we’ve got a guide here for you which will allow you to activate Radahn’s Great Rune. I hope you’ve brushed up on your Elden Ring horse skills.
- First off, head to the tower near Dragonbarrow and jump from the cliff to the mangled tree root – stay on your horse.
- From there, hop down to the platform with the ladder and the soldier on it.
- Get off your horse.
- Kill the soldier – it’s best to use a shield and counterattack here because it’s a precarious position.
- Now climb the ladder.
- At the top of the ladder, summon your horse again and head left, hopping over the broken pieces of the archway.
- Get off Torrent at the other side and fight the soldier using the same care as you did for the last one.
- Now get back on Torrent and keep following the crumbling building around to the left, again hopping over the gaps in the arch.
- You’ll reach another ladder at the other side, so climb your way up.
Well done, you’ve reached the Divine Tower of Caelid grace site. Head up the stairs on the right (not down on the left yet, that’s a whole other area with enemies) and take the elevator up to activate the rune at the top of the tower. When its skill is activated with a Rune Arc (assuming you have Radahn’s Great Rune equipped), this activated rune will significantly boost your maximum health.
