Everyone loves a bit of Mexican flavour and that's why Glaswegians have been excited about a new arrival on the Mexican food scene - El Jefe's.
Located at 508 Great Western Road at the former home of The Crafty Pig, the new tequila bar and taqueria opened its doors at the end of November.
It has since hosted Mariachi bands while dishing out tequila shots and and cocktails alongside the likes of tacos and all the Mexican classics.

The team behind the new venue say: "El Jefe [the boss] has arrived in Glasgow and brought with him the best tastes of Mexico. Think tacos, quesadillas, nachos and tequilla ... lots of tequilla!"
Self-described as 'Glasgow's answer to all things Mexican', in the heart of the city's west end, the dog friendly bar is open 12noon - 1am daily, with bookings available via the El Jefes website here.
