East Kilbride Thistle have fired back after Rossvale officially announced that Iain Diack had taken over as manager, saying he is still under contract with them.
Diack was announced by the Bishopbriggs club earlier today, with Diack saying a chance to take the job at the West of Scotland League Premier Division club was "too good to turn down".
He tendered his resignation on Wednesday, which Thistle said at the time they didn't accept.
But in a social media post, Conference C club Thistle said: "East Kilbride Thistle are aware of today's announcement regarding our current manager Iain Diack signing for another club.
"No agreement has been made with Iain, he is still under contract with East Kilbride Thistle.
"The club will comment further in due course."
