Arsenal have left Mesut Ozil and Sokratis Papastathopoulos at home ahead of their Europa League meeting with Eintracht Frankfurt this evening.
Unai Emery told reporters on Wednesday that the pair were left in England to rest following the first five games of the Premier League campaign.
Sokratis has been ever-present so far this season, racking up 450 minutes, with Ozil playing just 71 minutes.
Meanwhile, Alexandre Lacazette is still missing through an ankle injury and not expected to return before October.
Unai Emery is expected to rotate for Europa League commitments this season, with Aston Villa at home to come on Sunday, and Rob Holding should get some minutes returning from injury.
Holding has been sidelined with knee ligament damage since December and has been back in training for some time. However, Konstantinos Mavropanos, Kieran Tierney and Hector Bellerin remain sidelined.
