Like every valuable key inside the game, there is no fixed location for the Einherjar Ship Grave key. If you are in luck, you can kill an elite enemy and find the key among the loot. That said, there are a few tips and tricks to try out if you are running short of ideas.
You can always buy the key directly from the Auction House. When I searched for it, there were plenty of these keys available for you to purchase. This is the easiest way to collect the key because there is no grind, and you are not relying on your luck. Instead, you are spending Gyldenblod and just buying the key directly from other players. Once done, you can use the key from your inventory to gain access to the location.
You might be short of Gyldenblod since the currency has many other uses. What you can try instead is to defeat mini-bosses. The Great Berserker, for example, is one such mini-boss located in the middle of the first map. Defeating it is a tricky task, but you can manage it if you are in a group of three. There is always a chance for you to get a key after defeating a mini boss.
Locked Silver and Gold chests are also a great source of keys. These are typically found in strategic locations on the map, and you will need to defeat a few basic enemies to gain access. There is no guarantee that you will get a key from these chests, but they do have a higher chance.
Finally, you can always try the Summoning Hall location. There is a boss you can defeat that raises your chance of getting a key.

Once you have the key, head to the marked location on the image above. To reach the correct entrance, you will have to go underground.
Once you take the ladder and go down, you will easily find the entrance to the Einherjar Ship Grave entrance. Use the key from your inventory, and you will be able to access the locked location.
This area typically has a chance of you encountering other human players, so it is best to scan your surroundings first before proceeding to open the grave. You will also find a few high-tier PvE enemies at this location as well. Just ensure that the coast is clear before you proceed to use your key and loot everything available.
