Egyptian Rangers fans create DIY kit as they show love for adopted club

It's often said you can go anywhere in the world and you'll spot somebody with a Rangers shirt on.

The spread of Scottish expats around the globe means there's generally some link back to the Ibrox side - or their city rivals Celtic - in most cities and countries.

But on those occasions, they've normally got the royal blue of the home kit on with it being bought via official means.

Not everyone has been able to do that, though, and a group of young Egyptian fans have had to be creative to show support for the club they support.

A group of seven young men in the African country have taken a liking to Steven Gerrard's side and wanted to share their love for the Premiership leaders while playing themselves.

They were unable to source the current kit, created by Castore, so decided to get to work with some designing of their own.

And they shared their creation online, although there is a bit of work to be done to get the kit looking like a Rangers home shirt.

They've all used black puma tops and added a Rangers badge, and strangely, a Red Bull logo in the same way the likes of Leipzig and Salzburg have.
