Egypt slammed on Monday the Iran-backed Houthi militias in Yemen for attacking a petroleum products distribution station in Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah city.
In a statement, it expressed its complete rejection and strong condemnation of such acts of sabotage and terrorism against vital facilities in the Kingdom, its security and energy supplies.
It underscored its solidarity with the people and government of Saudi Arabia, saying it stands by the Kingdom “in all measures it takes to defend its territories and safeguard its security and stability against such heinous attacks in its effort to combat terrorism and its backers.”
