Leeds United have the second-best record in the EFL when it comes to points per game.
If the football season is brought to a premature end, then the EFL has said unweighted points per game will be used to determine league positions.
That would be great news for Leeds United.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side have won 71 points from 37 games, giving them a points per game ratio of 1.92 from each match.
Only one club in the whole of the EFL have a better record than that, League One’s Coventry City.
The Sky Blues have won 67 points from 34 games this season.
That works out at 1.97 per game.
No other side in the EFL has a better record than that.
In fact, only Liverpool (2.83 per game) and Manchester City (2.04 per game) have better records in the Premier League.
Joining Leeds on 1.92 points per game are Swindon Town.
Fellow Championship side West Bromwich Albion have averaged 1.89 points per game, Crewe Alexandra 1.86, Plymouth Argyle 1.84 and Cheltenham Town 1.78.
