Sunderland hope to have just three more games remaining as a League One side as their bid to win promotion back to the Championship reaches its climax.
The Black Cats will face Lincoln City in a two-legged play-off semi-final next week, with the victors meeting either Oxford United or Blackpool the final at Wembley.
Lee Johnson's side finished the regular season in fourth place, and will need to push any disappointment at missing out on an automatic spot to one side.
Sunderland had the chance to go ahead of eventual champions Hull City by winning their games in hand, but blew that opportunity with a woeful run of form,
However, they now have a second bite at the cherry, and are favourites with the bookmakers to win promotion.
To do that, they will have to overcome Lincoln - a side they have not lost to this season on three meetings - and then win at Wembley at the end of the month.
They have a week and a half to prepare - here are all the League One play-off dates. All games will be shown on Sky Sports.
