The EFL have apologised to supporters for problems with its iFollow service as the Championship season gets back underway.
There is a widely reported problem with the Championship’s iFollow system and some fans are unable to tune into their club’s game.
It has left many unhappy at having spent £10 to see their side's first game back after the coronavirus shutdown, only to be met by technical problems.
In a statement, the EFL said they were working to fix the problem.
It said: “The EFL is aware of an issue affecting some supporters attempting to currently log in to the iFollow service.
“We are working with our partners and suppliers to resolve the problem and apologise to supporters for any inconvenience caused. We will provide a further update as soon as possible.”
The second tier has today resumed for the first time since March when the campaign was put on pause due to the coronavirus pandemic.
With no supporters in attendance, people have been forced to follow their team from their own home.
To do this, the EFL has given more fans access to their iFollow platform, with season ticket holders able to tune in for free and non-season ticket holders having to pay a one-off £10 fee to watch a game.
However, a problem has been reported from some supporters - something the clubs have been made aware of.
Some supporters are not happy, understandably, and believe that the extra traffic on the website should have been anticipated.
The issue seems to be at the log-in page, with fans unable to get into their accounts ahead of their side’s first match since the resumption.
Leeds United fans will be unaffected for tomorrow's game against Cardiff City, with the match set to be shown on Sky Sports.
The Whites make use of their own streaming service, LUTV, rather than iFollow.
