Shocking CCTV footage shows the moment a 'ghost' knocked over a full drink at the bar of a 'haunted' pub.
The supernatural incident was captured by security cameras in the Blue House pub in Hendon shortly before 1pm on Saturday (November 13), leaving landlady Darla Anderson and her customers bewildered.
In the clip obtained by Chronicle Live, the just-poured pint can be seen slowly tipping over before the contents of the glass splash onto the floor in front of astonished onlookers.
Darla, who has run the historic pub since October, said she had heard stories of paranormal activity in the bar, but didn't think she would ever see it with her own eyes.
The 23-year-old said: "We took over the pub in October and we heard some rumours about it being haunted but we didn't expect anything like this to happen.
"It's been happening for years but I didn't expect to see anything. My auntie used to own the pub and used to say that it was haunted.
"Pints used to go flying off the bar but there was no CCTV back then.
"It's a good job we have CCTV now otherwise no one would believe us!
"You can see from the video it was slowly pushed rather than knocked."
But the creepy tale gets even stranger as a spiritualist, who was drinking in the pub the night before, said that she could sense something.
Darla, from Pallion, added: "We actually had a spiritualist come down to look at the cellar on Friday night and I was brushing away some liquid.
"The spiritualist turned and said: 'She doesn't like it when you do that, that's her job.' Lots of people say it's a female ghost.
"I'm not scared but it's like I can feel someone watching me."
