Mobile phone network provider EE is warning its customers in Falkirk that they could experience a loss of service this week.
From Thursday September, 23, essential maintenance work is going to be carried out on a mast in the area to replace electrical equipment.
The company says that could result in a loss of signal or slight signal interruptions until Saturday.
Affected customers can use the WiFi calling service though, which allows them to make and receive calls and texts using a WiFi connection until the network issue is resolved.
An EE spokesperson said: "We’re letting our customers in the Falkirk area know they may experience some service interruption due to necessary works happening from the 24 th September to replace electrical equipment.
"The work will be completed as quickly as possible, but we’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time."
