Arsenal's start to the season has been their worst in over 65 years.
The Gunners have lost their opening three league fixtures for the first time since the 1954/55 campaign.
Mikel Arteta's side were defeated 2-0 by Thomas Frank's Brentford and Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea in their opening two matches before receiving a 5-0 battering from reigning Premier League champions Manchester City on Saturday afternoon.
The north London club were dominated from the get-go as they managed just one shot across 90 minutes, failing to muster a single effort on target as their opponents registered 25 shots, ten of those hitting the target.
The result leaves Arsenal at the bottom of the table with a goal difference of minus eight going into the international break that will give them some much-needed respite.
Still, pressure is beginning to mount on Arteta's shoulders, who has guided his side to back-to-back eighth-placed finishes during his 20 months at the helm.
Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has been linked with a switch to the Emirates if the Spanish coach does lose his job in the coming weeks and a large section of the Gunners' faithful took to social media, urging technical director Edu to bring Conte to north London.
