Ever wondered what a day in the life at Edinburgh Zoo looks like?
Wonder no more as Tern Television, part of Zinc Media Group, has been commissioned by BBC Scotland to make Inside The Zoo - a show taking viewers behind the scenes at RZSS Edinburgh Zoo.
The eight-part series will follow the 200 dedicated staff who face the complex logistics of caring for over 3,000 animal residents at Edinburgh Zoo and its sister site, The Highland Wildlife Park.
The series is expected to transmit on the BBC Scotland channel in the autumn and we can't wait to see the inner workings of the zoo.

Edinburgh Zoo is reopening to locals on June 29 as phase two of Scotland's lockdown restrictions allows outdoor businesses such as zoos and garden attractions to reopen - allowing the attraction to finally open its doors after weeks of petitions and crowdfunding for the popular city attraction.
