Flash floods in Edinburgh this afternoon have left shoppers trapped in a car park.
The cars can be seen struggling through the flooded roads outside the Cameron Toll shopping centre - with one red Toyota stranded in the middle of a busy junction.
Other cars drive rather quickly through the ever-growing sea of rain water, with a black Edinburgh taxi at the forefront of the race to safer, high ground.

On resident tweeted: "Cameron Toll, Edinburgh at a stand still and queues of traffic with frustrated drivers. Why can't we see what is happening to our planet and that this is literally not helping."
These floods follow a yellow weather warning issued by the Met Office yesterday, which states, "Heavy, slow-moving, thundery downpours will develop on Monday.
"Some places will miss these, but where they do occur, 20-30 mm rain may fall in a short space of time, perhaps with 50-80 mm over several hours in a few places.
“The showers will die out during the evening.”
A thunder and lightning storm is currently predicted to hit Edinburgh at around 4 pm on Monday alongside heavy showers.
Another Twitter user shows the extent of the damage to cars in their video, stating, "Avoid Cameron Toll Edinburgh, flooding causing mayhem !"
