Edinburgh is set to see an end to the good weather with heavy rain to be expected by the middle of the week, according to the Met Office.
Edinburgh has thankfully been able to enjoy a long bout of good weather, particularly over the Jubilee bank holiday.
However, locals can expect that weather to come to an end soon, with the Met Office predicting heavy rain and poor weather by the middle of the week.

The week is set to start out with some reasonable weather. Monday, while largely cloudy, is still meant to be dry and have warm weather, with highs reaching 14 degrees.
As we go into Tuesday, the cloud will stay and the temperature will stay just as warm, if not a little warmer.
However, by Wednesday, we are expected to see warm days with rain across the whole day. With heavy rainfall until 4pm.
As we go into Friday and Saturday, the weather is set to remain poor, with Saturday likely to have rain for the whole day despite the weather climbing to 18 degrees and some sun peaking between showers.
Saturday will stay warm, with highs reaching 17 degrees. Although, rain is still expected from 7am all the way throughout the day.
