Edinburgh Waverley brought to standstill by flash-mob performance of Bohemian Rhapsody

Edinburgh Waverley was brought to a standstill by a flash mob performance of Bohemian Rhapsody on 10 August.

Late-night passengers at the busy station were treated to an impromptu performance from Kayos Theatre Company.

The group, from Inverclyde, took over the piano and broke into the iconic Queen anthem in the station's waiting room.

A video shared to Twitter by the theatre company shows delighted passersby joining in as the group showed off their impressive vocals.

The group wrote: "10:45pm at Edinburgh Waverley Station! This is why we love the Edinburgh Fringe!"

One person commented: "So talented and having so much fun. What a team Kayos!"

Elsewhere another wrote: "Absolute legends."

Kayos have a show at the Fringe, called The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, which has been dubbed one of the top ten youth theatre shows to see this year.

You can find tickets for the show here.
