Edinburgh commuters are warned not to travel by train operator after a night of flooding,
Travellers are warned by TransPennine Express (TPE) that they should avoid travel before 10am on Monday, due to disruption caused by Storm Franklin.
TPE say that all their services along the West Coast Mainline are disrupted this morning and say customers should not travel between Preston and Edinburgh due to the heavy flooding.

It says services are subject to speed restrictions, delays and cancellations due to the extreme weather and as a result are very busy.
Customers should also allow extra time for journeys as the services may be busier than normal.
Tickets from Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20, will be accepted for travel on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 February.
Paul Watson, Operations Director for TransPennine Express said : “Due to the impact of Storm Franklin, train services are disrupted along the West Coast Mainline.
“The safety of our customers and staff is our priority and we are warning customers not to travel between Preston and Edinburgh/Glasgow until after 10am tomorrow.
“Anyone planning on travelling by train today or before 10am tomorrow can choose to defer their travel or claim a refund.”
