Edinburgh today: Zoo vote, hashtag for Holyrood and stripey gardens

Edinburgh Zoo's board of directors survived a vote of no confidence at last night's emergency meeting of members, reports the Scotsman site. But as the BBC reports, members voted to throw out chairman Donald Emslie.
