Edinburgh today: Scottish budget, airport fee reviewed and will the royal wedding affect the election?

Today finance secretary John Swinney is set to announce the Scottish budget plans, with BBC predicting £1bn of funding cuts. Ian Swanson of the Evening News reports here on the public sector areas which could be hit.
