Edinburgh today: Literary events, new bus boss and Spokes bike meeting

Good morning Edinburgh.

It's set to be a busy evening for the city's literary scene, as PublishED - a new student-run magazine - has its launch party from 6pm at Blackwells on South Bridge. Click here to read more about it. We'll have a guest blog post from the students involved later today.
