Edinburgh Tiktok star conquers fear of heights in stroll across 'shaky' Forth Road Bridge

An popular Edinburgh TikTok star has recorded his hilarious reaction to crossing the Forth Road Bridge whilst being petrified of heights.

After the opening of the Queensferry crossing, the bridge became a transport passage for walkers and cyclists to cross the Firth of Forth.

Many have become accustomed to crossing the bridge either on their daily commute or just as a scenic walk throughout the day.

People who have not crossed the bridge before, though, will not be used to the sheer height, especially if their legs start to wobble whilst looking down from a great height.

This man in particular, Lewis Walker, was not a fan of being over a hundred meters from the ground.

At the start of the video, Lewis makes a joke about always saying he'd walk across the bridge, despite his fear of heights.

Throughout the video, he makes several more tongue-in-cheek references to the safety of crossing the bridge and how he wouldn't be surprised if during his short walk over, the whole structure collapsed.

And as he makes his way uneasily across, he jokingly tests the sturdiness of the structure before congratulating those who built the bridge.

He also becomes uneasy at the wobbly nature of the bridge, saying: "I love it when it shakes, that really helps the anxiety."

Although Lewis braved the bridge in terrific fashion, he refused to walk back over again, joking with the viewers as he says: "Anyone doing lifts."

The video contains some colourful language throughout, and can be found here.
