It's shades and sun cream time in Edinburgh again with some fantastic weather forecast for Monday.
Temperatures are expected to peak at around 18 degrees later this afternoon – making the Scottish capital as warm as Barcelona.
Blue skies and t-shirt weather to start the week has ensured that the traditional Monday morning doom and gloom has been somewhat mitigated.
The Met Office say things are going to be around 12 or 13 degrees for the rest of the morning before heating up around lunchtime.
Temperatures of around 16 degrees at 1pm should provide the perfect excuse to take a break from the desk and enjoy a stroll in the sun.
And things are likely to get even better yet.
It should get as hot as 18 degrees around 4pm and stay that way until around 7pm or 8pm.
Edinburgh Live reported last week that we were in for a mini-heatwave with brilliant weather expected to last until Friday.
