Edinburgh's weather: Plenty of sunshine forecast for Wednesday with a decent day in store

Edinburgh should be set for a very decent day weather-wise on Wednesday, all things considered.

Any day where there's an absence of rain, dark clouds sub-zero temperatures has to be looked upon as something of a treat, after all.

We might be hurtling towards the end of October but forecasters at the Met Office reckon Wednesday should be bright with plenty of sunshine throughout. There might be some cloud around at 3pm, but that's about it.

Temperatures are likely to be around 8C or 9C for the most part, although things will start off chilly in the morning.
