We're in for a day of cracking weather in Edinburgh and the Lothians it seems.
The Met Office are forecasting plenty of sunshine and temperatures in the high teens throughout much of Wednesday.
While there's likely to be some cloud this morning, it should start to clear around 11am and make way for the sun.
Temperatures should reach around 16C or 17C in the early afternoon before getting even hotter around 6pm and 7pm.
It's likely to remain warm and sunny for the rest of the night – a far cry from how the week started out on Monday.
